Job Description
The Emirates Group, one of the world's largest aviation and services conglomerates, is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join its headquarters in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies across digital channels, managing the group's online store, and enhancing the customer experience online.
The Sales Specialist will work with marketing and IT teams to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and increase revenue through innovative promotional campaigns. They will also be responsible for managing digital inventory, monitoring product performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the group's e-commerce platforms
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve sales strategies
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost sales
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve website performance
- Manage digital inventory and ensure product availability
- Prepare sales performance reports and data analysis
- Work on improving user experience and increasing conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
