Job Description

AWS DISTRIBUTION, a leading distribution company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in the Apparel and Home Textiles sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the Saudi market, building strong client relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share in the apparel and home textiles segments.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts across the Kingdom.
  • Manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and successfully close deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure efficient customer service.
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the apparel or home textiles industry within the Saudi market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Analytical skills with proficiency in reporting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
  • Personal Attributes: Ambitious, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
