The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and attract new clients through research and direct outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Prepare sales presentations and periodic reports for management.
- Participate in trade shows and business events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or systems sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Residency in Bahrain or ability to relocate.
