About the Job
As a Senior Application Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring business continuity, and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will work within a dynamic technical team in a professional and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second and third-level technical support for enterprise applications
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to applications
- Manage support requests and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance
- Train users on effective application usage
- Participate in testing of application updates and new releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Preferred Skills
- Professional IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.)
- Experience in banking or financial environments
- Knowledge of service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
