Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager specializing in Post Merger Integration (PMI) to join a client of Outsized in Kuwait. Your role will be pivotal in leading and executing technical integration strategies following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of systems, products, and technical teams.

You will coordinate efforts across various teams (Engineering, Product, Business) to achieve integration goals while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. You will be responsible for defining integration requirements, managing risks, and ensuring product and service alignment with the unified company vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Integration: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for integrating products and technical systems post-acquisition.
• Product Management: Work with product teams to ensure product features and functionalities align with the integration strategy.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering, technical, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical and operational risks during integration and develop mitigation plans.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze integration requirements from all stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Progress Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee integration testing and ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical product management, with a clear focus on Post Merger Integration projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), API management, system architecture, and databases.
• Project Management: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards ambitious goals.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
