Job Description

As a Telecom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's telecommunications infrastructure. You will ensure the availability of high-quality communication networks, develop connectivity strategies, and manage technical support teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice and data networks.
• Infrastructure Development: Assess current and future telecom needs and propose improvements.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with telecom service providers and equipment vendors to secure optimal solutions.
• Security Assurance: Implement cybersecurity policies to protect communication networks.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on network performance and projects.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in telecom management, with proven experience managing large-scale networks.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, VoIP).
  • Experience with PBX systems, VSAT, and fiber optics.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional Certifications: Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, PMP.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
