About the Job

As the Complex General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the hotel complex, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, maximizing profitability, and enhancing the brand's reputation. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Full oversight of hotel complex management, including rooms, food and beverage, human resources, finance, and marketing departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve financial performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure the complex remains ahead.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a similar senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit goals.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
