Job Description
AWS DISTRIBUTION is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specialized in Apparel and Home Textiles to join their team in Manama, Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company's market presence in the Bahraini retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for apparel and home textile products.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare competitive quotations and follow up on orders until delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute innovative promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyze market trends.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel and home textiles sales.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Solid understanding of the Bahraini and GCC retail market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
