The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines. Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, coordinating internal teams, and managing the proposal process from start to finish.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in proposal management within the engineering or contracting sector
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage time and deadlines
- Knowledge of project management and proposal software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
