Job Description
As a Kerala Snacks Maker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic Kerala-style snacks, including but not limited to:
- Kerala samosas
- Pakoras (Bajji)
- Vada
- Puri
- Other traditional Kerala snacks
You will work in a professional kitchen environment as part of a dedicated team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in making Kerala snacks (preferably 2-3 years)
- Good knowledge of ingredients and spices used in Kerala cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English or Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to work in Kuwait (candidate must have a transferable residency or be willing to obtain a work visa)
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
- Experience in restaurants or hotels
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Good communication skills
