Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Nahdi Medical, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping medical and pharmaceutical products. The supervisor will ensure the application of the highest safety and quality standards in handling sensitive materials, while complying with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the warehouse team and distribute daily tasks
- Ensure accuracy in receiving and shipping goods
- Manage inventory effectively to avoid shortages or damage
- Implement occupational health and safety procedures in the warehouse
- Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance and inventory
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments
- Train and develop team members' skills
- Monitor storage quality for temperature and humidity-sensitive products
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Skills: Proficiency in English, excellent leadership skills, ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Certifications: Supply chain management or occupational safety certification is a plus
