Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed technician will hold a critical role within the maintenance department, primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all electrical and electro-mechanical equipment within the slaughterhouse facility. Direct responsibilities include:

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Performing regular scheduled inspections, troubleshooting faults, and repairing electrical equipment and automation control systems used across production lines.
• Specialized Equipment Maintenance: Working on a wide range of poultry-specific machinery, which may include automated conveyor systems, slaughter and evisceration machines, industrial chilling and freezing systems, and sorting/packaging equipment.
