The appointed Emergency Nurse will be stationed in the Emergency Department, responsible for delivering immediate and critical nursing care to patients in urgent situations. The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Medication Administration: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with department protocols.
• Education and Support: Providing basic psychological support and clear explanations to patients and their families regarding procedures and care plans.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient assessments, interventions, and care provided.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Nursing Science) from a recognized institution.
• Licensing: Applicants must possess a valid United Arab Emirates nursing license (issued by the Ministry of Health and Prevention - MOH) or be eligible to obtain one. Preference will be given to those with an already active UAE license.
• Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2 to 3 years in an Emergency Department or Critical Care unit within a hospital or healthcare center.
