Job Description
We are seeking an Endowments Registration and Licensing Specialist to join a team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing endowment registration processes and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of laws related to endowments (Awqaf) and licensing procedures in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the registration of new endowments and ensure all legal requirements are met
- Review and update existing endowment records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities to obtain necessary licenses
- Provide legal and administrative advice on endowment registration procedures
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of registrations and licenses
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in endowment management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Islamic Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in endowment registration or licensing
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to endowments
- Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
