Job Description and Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Schedule Management: Organizing and coordinating the executive's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international), ensuring optimal use of their time.

- Document and Presentation Preparation: Preparing, formatting, and proofreading reports, presentations, official correspondence, and meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, preferably within a large corporate or multinational environment.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of modern office management systems is a plus.
