The Firefighter Lead / Crew Chief holds a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of qualified firefighters. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Practical Experience: Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in the firefighting field, with a significant portion in leadership or supervisory roles (e.g., Team Lead, Crew Chief).
• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, Emergency Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in the field are preferred.
• Professional Certifications: Must hold recognized professional certifications in firefighting, first aid, and emergency response (e.g., "First Responder" certification or equivalent).
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure, coupled with strong and effective communication skills.
• Physical Fitness: A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in challenging conditions.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of firefighting apparatus, alarm systems, safety protocols, and relevant building codes.
• Language: Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong additional advantage.
