About the Role

As the Operations Manager for Local Shops, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of partner stores within the Talabat network in Bahrain. Your primary goal will be to optimize operational efficiency, ensure a seamless customer experience, and strengthen relationships with local business partners. This role is critical to driving the company's growth strategy in the Bahraini market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations for local partner shops.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
