Job Description
Service House Excellence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Maintenance Technician to join their team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on central HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF and VRV systems.
- Diagnose faults and repair technical issues in indoor and outdoor units.
- Check refrigerant pressure and ensure no leaks in the system.
- Replace damaged components such as compressors, valves, and capacitors.
- Read technical drawings and system manuals.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and update work logs.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in VRF and VRV system maintenance.
- Technical diploma in refrigeration and air conditioning or a related field.
- Proficiency in using electronic diagnostic tools (e.g., pressure and temperature gauges).
- Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
