Job Description

HCP Automotive is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager for Bodyshops to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in managing automotive body repair workshops. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency, and driving profitability.

The General Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies, improve operational performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team management, inventory control, supplier negotiations, and enforcing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of bodyshop operations.
