Job Overview

The General Manager will hold the top leadership position, bearing full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the company. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic and operational plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, cost management, and ensure the company's financial health. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Leadership: Guide, manage, and lead diverse teams (sales, operations, procurement, customer service) to maximize productivity and motivate them towards excellence.
• Business & Sales Development: Lead business development efforts, explore new market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key clients (contractors, real estate developers, interior designers). Oversee sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Operations & Execution: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain and operational processes, from procurement to manufacturing, delivery, and installation. Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Customer Service & Relations: Guarantee an exceptional level of customer service, build long-term client relationships, and address complex issues as they arise.
• Compliance & Reputation: Ensure the company's compliance with local Qatari laws and regulations, and safeguard the professional reputation of the brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Director.
• Prior experience in the marble, stone, construction, or luxury interior decor sector is highly preferred and often essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the Qatari market and the broader Gulf business environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Decisive character, capable of making sound decisions under pressure, with a strategic mindset.
