Job Description

As a Guest Experience Manager, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all guest reception and concierge operations
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing service improvement strategies
  • Training and coaching the customer service team to achieve highest quality standards
  • Handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) for seamless experience
  • Developing customer loyalty programs and enhancing relationships with repeat guests
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with focus on guest experience management
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Deep understanding of global hospitality standards
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
