Job Description

Ceer, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Senior NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) Specialist to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that Ceer’s electric vehicles deliver a quiet, comfortable, and premium driving experience.

The Senior Specialist will lead NVH analysis and refinement activities across vehicle development programs, from concept through production. This includes conducting advanced simulations, physical testing, and data analysis to identify and resolve NVH issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NVH strategies for new electric vehicle platforms.
• Perform advanced noise and vibration analysis using simulation tools and physical testing.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize component and system performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee NVH testing in laboratory and on-road environments.
• Stay updated with the latest NVH technologies, tools, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in NVH, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in NVH analysis software such as LMS Test.Lab, Siemens Simcenter, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of vibration and acoustics physics.
• Hands-on experience with NVH testing and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electric vehicles (EVs).
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO and TS.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
