Job Description

The Finance and Accounting Department at Saudi Aramco is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and analytical tasks that support the company's strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements and periodic reports.
  • Reviewing accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Participating in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Analyzing financial variances and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in large corporations or the oil and gas sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of advanced accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a team.
