Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join a leading company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a strategic opportunity for a sales leader capable of developing and implementing innovative sales strategies targeting corporate clients and institutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the B2B market in the region and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close large business deals.

Required Qualifications

    • Deep understanding of the B2B market in the UAE and the Gulf region.
