Job Description

As a Junior Accountant at Vallo Holding, you will be an integral part of the accounting team responsible for supporting the company's daily financial operations. You will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of experienced accountants, enabling you to develop your skills and gain a deep understanding of accounting practices in the corporate holding sector. Potential responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of daily journal entries and recording financial transactions.
• Supporting bank reconciliations and customer/vendor account reconciliations.
• Helping prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly).
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy.
• Contributing to internal and external audit processes.
• Maintaining an organized filing system for financial documents and invoices.
• Performing other related administrative tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of previous practical experience in accounting (preferably in a holding company or group of companies).
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
