EMinds is pleased to announce a career opportunity for UAE Nationals to fill the position of IT Support Administrator in Fujairah. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in information technology within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and software.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across various systems.
- Troubleshoot local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and scanners.
- Document technical procedures and support tickets.
- Assist with the implementation of new IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies.
Qualifications
- Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
