Job Description
As a Lifeguard at AccorHotel, you will be an integral part of the hospitality team, responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Your primary duties will include constant surveillance of the pool area, enforcing safety rules, performing rescues when necessary, and administering first aid. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness around the pool deck and assist guests with inquiries.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification: Must hold a recognized lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent).
- First Aid & CPR Certified: Up-to-date certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Advanced Swimming Skills: Proficient in various swimming strokes and able to swim long distances.
- Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Responsibility: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
