A global staffing company (Universal Staffing Services) is announcing an exciting job opportunity for a Field Operator position in Qatar. This role is suitable for experienced candidates in field equipment operation and daily operations supervision at various work sites.
As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring field equipment and machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operations. You will work within a specialized technical team in a dynamic work environment that requires precision and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor field equipment according to approved operational procedures
- Supervise daily operations and ensure production targets are met
- Conduct periodic equipment inspections and ensure readiness
- Record operational data and prepare daily reports
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues
- Adhere to occupational health and safety standards
- Participate in safety and emergency training
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in field operations (preferably in oil & gas or heavy industries)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in shifts and remote locations
- Valid driver's license
