Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in the Specialized Certificate and Professional Programs (SCPP) in Business Administration.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry trends and academic standards.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic advising.
- Mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a recognized higher education institution.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), as it is the primary language of instruction.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
