Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Six Construct, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Manage teams and subcontractors to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor daily project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and local regulations.
• Manage budgets and control costs to keep projects within financial targets.

• Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design and specification accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in construction project management, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Deep understanding of quality and safety standards (ISO, OSHA).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications: PMP or Construction Management certification (e.g., CCM) is a plus.
