Job Description
Apparel FZCO is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Strategy to join its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for seasoned professionals in strategic planning and business management.
As Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and directing the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment across all departments with long-term objectives. You will work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop competitive strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall strategy in alignment with senior management's vision
- Lead the annual strategic planning process and monitor progress
- Analyze market and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
- Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure goal achievement
- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategic integration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record of leading strategy teams and delivering tangible results
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and Gulf markets
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
