Job Overview

The Helix Business Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the operational and financial strategies for the Helix platform within the region. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or strategic management roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology sector.
• Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and SaaS business metrics.
