Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will hold a pivotal leadership role within JLL's Project & Development Services team. JLL engages in a wide portfolio of projects including commercial offices, residential complexes, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure facilities, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate work between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope of work, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Oversee all project phases, from initial design and pre-construction to execution and final handover.
• Meticulously manage the project financial budget, including cost forecasting, reviews, and preparing financial reports for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with all local Saudi regulations, building codes, and health & safety requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular progress reports, managing expectations, and building strong, sustainable working relationships.
• Identify potential issues and obstacles and develop effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Oversee contract preparation and manage relationships with contractors and vendors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in construction or real estate project management, with a track record of successfully managing major projects from concept to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Saudi Arabian market, with a deep understanding of local business practices and construction regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic.
• High proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and the Microsoft Office suite.
