The Technical Success Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the maximum value and optimal operation of the Splunk platform for Cisco's customers. Acting as a key technical liaison between the company and its clients, the focus will be on driving technical success and full solution adoption. The core responsibilities for this role include:

• Advanced Technical Support: Providing specialized engineering support to Cisco customers utilizing Splunk solutions, including complex troubleshooting, performance optimization, and proactive technical guidance.
• Solution Adoption Management: Working closely with customers to understand their business objectives and designing/implementing strategies to ensure successful and effective adoption of the Splunk platform within their IT environments.

Qualifications and Core Requirements
