Job Overview
The Administration Executive will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure an effective and organized work environment.
- Document Processing: Prepare, edit, format, and coordinate documents, reports, presentations, and official correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate management meetings, book travel tickets and hotels, and arrange transportation as required.
- Customer Service & Communications: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries, providing a professional service.
- Supplies Management: Maintain inventory levels of office supplies and proactively arrange orders.
- Logistical Support: Assist in organizing internal and external events and meetings.
- Filing & Archiving: Create and manage paper-based and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and other team members as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar administrative or secretarial role. Experience in a Bahraini or Gulf corporate environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Office Management Systems is an advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- High level of organization and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
