Job Description and Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Financial Management: Overseeing all daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities for the farm.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a strong advantage.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with a preference for experience in the agriculture, food production, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors. Experience in a startup or SME environment will be highly regarded.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, integrity, and reliability. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
