Job Description

The HR Analyst Specialist will be integrated into a dynamic and fast-paced team, responsible for analyzing a wide range of workforce and human capital data. The role involves close collaboration with HR, recruitment, and management teams to provide reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (e.g., recruitment, turnover, performance, compensation, engagement).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) reflecting key HR performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze labor market trends in Abu Dhabi and the UAE to provide insights on talent and competition.
  • Support workforce planning processes through modeling and analyzing data related to current and future needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives (e.g., training, retention) using quantitative metrics.
  • Prepare clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytical processes and systems within the HR department.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in an analytical role within an HR department or related consulting field.
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing or HR services environment is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices.

Technical and Personal Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts) and presentation software like PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it simply.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
