Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in an analytical role within an HR department or related consulting field.
- Previous experience in an outsourcing or HR services environment is a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Technical and Personal Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts) and presentation software like PowerPoint.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it simply.
