Job Description
As an HSE Advisor at Tawteen, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures across various work sites
- Conducting regular risk assessments and providing improvement recommendations
- Training employees on occupational health and safety practices
- Investigating workplace incidents and injuries, and preparing necessary reports
- Ensuring compliance with Omani regulations and international safety standards
- Developing emergency response plans and ensuring team readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Professional safety certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and safety
- Strong knowledge of Omani and international safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions under pressure
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
