Job Description

As an HSE Advisor at Tawteen, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures across various work sites
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and providing improvement recommendations
  • Training employees on occupational health and safety practices
  • Investigating workplace incidents and injuries, and preparing necessary reports
  • Ensuring compliance with Omani regulations and international safety standards
  • Developing emergency response plans and ensuring team readiness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
  • Professional safety certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and safety
  • Strong knowledge of Omani and international safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to work in a team and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
