- Career Coaching and Guidance: Advising and guiding candidates on improving their resumes, preparing for interviews, and career path planning.
- Negotiation and Coordination: Mediating job offers between both parties and ensuring all hiring procedures are completed successfully.

Requirements and Qualifications
