Job Description

As a Key Fleet Partner Manager at Talabat, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key fleet partners to ensure high-quality delivery services. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing logistics operations, increasing fleet efficiency, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with key fleet partners.
• Oversee fleet performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics operations data and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or partner management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong data analysis and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
• Preferred: Experience in the delivery or food tech industry.
