Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a variety of creative and educational activities for children. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing innovative activity programs suitable for different age groups.
- Supervising the execution of daily activities and ensuring child safety.
- Assessing children's needs and designing activities that enhance their creative and social skills.
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the children's experience.
- Preparing periodic reports on activity performance and children's participation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Child Education, Psychology, Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in educational or recreational settings.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of active learning methods and interactive activities.
- Child first aid certification is a plus.
