Job Description
Talabat in Kuwait is currently hiring for the position of Associate Inventory Controller. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock counts, and coordinating with other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure data accuracy in the system.
- Conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts and analyze discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Track inbound and outbound goods movements and verify against documentation.
- Contribute to the development of inventory management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, procurement, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
