Job Description

AreebHR, a leading recruitment and human resources company in Saudi Arabia, is announcing an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on behalf of one of its clients in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to finalizing contracts with suitable candidates. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the Saudi job market and best recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and candidate evaluation.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional events.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and HR technology.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and Saudization regulations (Nitaqat, Tamheer).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD or SHRM) is a plus.
