Job Description
Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is seeking a qualified Initiatives Portfolio Analyst to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires advanced analytical skills and the ability to manage and evaluate a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the performance of current initiatives, evaluating new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. They will also prepare periodic reports and recommendations to improve return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the portfolio of initiatives and projects
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Monitor initiative execution and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with different teams to improve portfolio efficiency
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making
- Identify risks and opportunities related to initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project analysis or portfolio management
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
