Job Description

As a Workforce Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for the warehouse workforce, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with HR and operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse recruitment operations including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
  • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment status and key metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good understanding of labor and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
