Job Description
INTERZONE GLOBAL HR LLP is announcing an exciting job opportunity for a Landscape Architect in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is available through the Naukrigulf platform and targets experienced professionals in designing and planning green spaces for residential and commercial projects.
As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing outdoor spaces that combine aesthetics with practical functionality. You will work on diverse projects including public parks, recreational areas, residential communities, and commercial developments in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan landscapes for residential, commercial, and public projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and designs using specialized design software
- Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure designs meet standards
- Select appropriate plants and materials for projects considering climatic conditions
- Prepare feasibility reports and technical specifications for projects
- Supervise project execution and ensure quality control
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Good knowledge of local and international plant species
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects
Preferred Skills
- Experience in major projects in the Gulf region
- Recognized professional certifications in design
- Familiarity with sustainability and environmental design standards
