Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will occupy a pivotal role within the company's team, responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the client base and increasing market share. The core responsibilities of this leadership position include:

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or similar qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in business development or strategic sales, with a demonstrable track record of successfully closing large, complex deals. Experience in the Saudi market or the Gulf region is a significant plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and motivate teams (both direct and cross-functional) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and market research to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic, with superior negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with modern business development tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and data analysis software.
