• Reporting: Preparing periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports for senior management and the Human Resources department.

• External Coordination: Coordinating with the company's bank and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) as needed regarding payroll transactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in payroll accounting, preferably within a UAE-based work environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Payroll, or similar). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Personal Skills:
