Job Description
As a Manufacturing Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing production data and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement changes
- Preparing detailed reports on manufacturing performance
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and statistical software
- Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing analysis or process improvement
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
