Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company in the region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all logistics and security activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve performance and productivity.
• Managing field and administrative teams to ensure compliance with high security standards.
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• Coordinating with other departments (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Managing operational budgets and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations related to security and transportation.
• Handling emergencies and crises professionally and promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the security or logistics sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO) and safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Operations Management (Six Sigma) are desirable.
